Founder
With over 25 years in the travel industry, I’ve built my career around one simple belief — that planning a holiday should feel just as exciting as taking it.
Having worked with some of the industry’s leading travel brands, I’ve gained invaluable insight into what truly makes a holiday exceptional — not just in terms of destinations, but in the detail, service and overall experience.
Over the years, I’ve learned that no two travellers are the same — and that’s where thoughtful, personalised planning makes all the difference.
I founded Plan Your World to bring that level of care, expertise and attention back to the forefront, creating a service that feels personal, seamless and completely tailored to each client.
Outside of work, I’m a big believer in making the most of time with family and creating those all-important memories, which is why I care so much about helping others do the same.
JAMES
Personal Travel Consultant
James has over 25 years of experience in the travel industry, starting with Kuoni before launching his own successful travel business through Midcounties Co-operative. He has travelled extensively across the globe, with a particular passion for luxury long-haul destinations and cruises.
At Plan Your World, James brings his deep industry knowledge and hands-on experience to every trip, ensuring each holiday is perfectly tailored.
When he’s not planning incredible journeys for clients, James enjoys exploring new destinations and seeking out hidden gems around the world.
DEBBIE
Personal Travel Consultant
Debbie began her travel career at just 17, working across a variety of high-street travel brands, gaining experience in sales, customer service, management, and call centre roles. She also spent three years sailing the world onboard Carnival Cruises as a casino croupier, visiting destinations from the Caribbean to Alaska.
Debbie’s passion for travel and dedication to her clients shines through in every booking, many of whom have become lifelong friends. She even got married in Las Vegas! Debbie loves helping clients create unforgettable experiences, whether it’s a family holiday, a luxury escape, or a once-in-a-lifetime adventure.
